Javascript must be enabled. The form has been tested on IE, Opera, Chrome Safari (for Microsoft O.S.) and Firefox. Other browsers may work too.
Entries are checked for format and acceptable characters. Entries marked with an asterisk, * , have to be completed.
Succesful entries will appear with a green background while those with a pink background are blank or are in error and need correcting.
To describe path location and the nature of the obstruction, use at least 5 words, with a maximum of 400 alphanumeric characters
(including _ ), spaces and a few basic punctuation marks such as " ! , : - ? . Invalid characters will lead to an error.
Use leading zeros, if necessary, so that the date has two digits for both day and month.. Start your names and any title with capital letters.
Grid references should start with the appropiate 2 letter code, in capitals, followed by an easting (horizontal position) and then a northing (vertical position).
Both of these should have the same number of digits, either 3 or 4. The grid refence can be obtained from a map or GPS.
(Note: using the letter code for an adjacent region to the one required will lead to a 100 km error.)
Validatng the form and mailing it.
Validation of entries occurs automatically, if the mouse pointer is clicked on another input field. Fill the form in and correct any errors as you procede. When you have completed the form to your satisfaction, click the tab 'E-mail This Form'. All entries will be checked for correct format and the use of valid characters but not for meaningful content. If no errors occur, the contents of the form will be e-mailed to the Footpath Secretary of Penrith Ramblers, who will look into the matter and contact the appropiate authority. If errors are indicated, please correct them and try again.
